    Dear Clients and Counterparties!

    In connection with the entry into force on July 1, 2014, of the U.S. law "Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act" (FATCA), "BrokerName" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has registered in the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) with the status of a financial institution complying with FATCA requirements (Participating financial institution not covered by an IGA) and was assigned a Global Intermediary Identification Number (GIIN) – 9999.SL.643. This information is also contained in tax form W-8IMY.

    This means that the Company has undertaken the obligation to fully comply with FATCA requirements.

    Within the framework of Russian Federal Law 173, the Company has published a list of criteria for classifying clients as a client - foreign taxpayer and methods for obtaining relevant information from them.
