«InvestNova» Limited Liability Company conducts depository activities under the professional securities market participant license №177-.2007, issued by the Federal Service for Financial Markets (FSFR) of Russia. Depository activity is an exclusive type of professional activity for the depository.

«InvestNova» LLC provides a full range of depository services, including:

• Opening and maintaining depo accounts for owners, nominal holders, and others;
• Maintaining a depo account for a depositor separate from those of others;
• Recording and certifying rights to securities, recording and certifying the transfer of rights to securities;
• Assisting security holders in exercising their rights to securities, representing client interests at general shareholders' meetings (by proxy), receiving dividends and other payments on securities;
• Prompt provision of information from issuers and registrars, including transmitting ballots and other documents (information) necessary for participation in an issuer's general shareholders' meetings;

• Assigning CFI codes to foreign securities (via the central depository);
